Common questions about updates

Updates are free on request for purchases made less than one year ago. After a year, a reasonable fee may apply for major updates.

A numerical update (e.g., v2.0.x to v2.1.x) changes the back-end database and may require an additional file from Tidepool. A letter update changes only the front-end and is minor in scope.
